Permaculture 101 with Becky Elder

  • Sustainacenter 704 E Boulder St Colorado Springs, CO 80903 (map)

Come to an Introduction to Permaculture.  What is permaculture?  Standing on solid ethics, permaculture is a designing tool kit for our times.  Based on nature's laws and principles, permaculture brings resilience and sustainability into our lives through the design process.  Using the ethics and principles as a guide, we can male sound decisions and chart our way forward in earth friendly, abundant avenues.  Discover permaculture for yourself and find inspiration for building your own path to sustainability.

Becky Elder is a Federated Garden Club's environmental consultant, fifteen years as an El Paso County Master Gardener (1995-2010) and has been gardening on the Colorado Front Range since 1975.  A permaculture designer, and Executive Director of Pikes Peak Permaculture, Becky is a passionate advocate for building community resilience.  Well-known for her earth-conscious Blue Planet Earthscapes and her many educational programs, Becky brings the planet into the conversation!
